How is trust score calculated?

Trust score is calculated based on multiple factors: community ratings after debates, promise delivery rate, issue resolution, response time to citizen concerns, and overall transparency. It's continuously updated based on performance and community feedback.

Can I vote from multiple locations?

No. You can only be subscribed to one location at a time - your primary area of residence. This ensures fair representation and prevents vote manipulation. However, you can change your subscription if you relocate.

How do I verify my identity?

We use Aadhaar-based verification to ensure one person, one vote. Your Aadhaar details are only used for verification and are not stored or shared. This helps maintain platform integrity and prevents fake accounts.

What happens after I submit an issue?

Debates are organized around top-voted issues in each location. Leaders voluntarily participate to showcase their understanding and solutions. Debates are live-streamed and recorded. Citizens can watch, comment, and rate participants' performance.

What if a leader doesn't deliver on promises?

All promises are tracked on the leader's profile with clear status updates. If promises aren't delivered, it negatively impacts their trust score and community ratings. Leaders with consistently poor delivery rates will find it difficult to maintain their rank or gain community support.

How do I report inappropriate content or behavior?

Every post, comment, and profile has a "Report" button. Select the type of violation (hate speech, spam, misinformation, etc.) and provide details. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action based on our community guidelines.
